Prior to serving in the Attorney Generals Office, Mr. Dye was a Lancaster County Assistant District Attorney in the Special Victims Unit. He has been involved in local, state and national agricultural organizations, serving as a director of the Holstein Association USA, President of the Lancaster County Holstein Association, director of the Lancaster County Dairy Herd Improvement Association, and legislative liaison for the Lancaster County Farm Bureau.
